Coach Alex Grove, known widely as the Trainer with the Golden Voice, for years now has stunned the fitness industry with his bold strategies based on unmatched scientific knowledge. Grove, formally a physical therapy aide, is a highly accomplished personal trainer, manual therapist, strength coach and supplement expert; holding dozens of certifications in his decade long career. Coach Alex works with numerous state and national champions as well as All-Americans and Olympians to take their athletic potential to new heights while mitigating and preventing injuries. Grove is also a former Men’s Health USA Top Trainer finalist giving him national recognition.
Jason Schlaffer CPT FMT

Coach Jason ‘Gym Jedi’ Schlaffer, began his career as a personal trainer and physical therapy aide. In 2008 he designed and created the world’s first custom workout generator that utilized a virtual physical assessment to deliver personally tailored workout programs for users in 27 countries, spanning 5 continents. This led to speaking engagements and national convention lecture spots highlighting his in-depth knowledge of functional exercise, identifying injuries before they happen and how to exercise with adrenal disorders. Coach Jason has worked as Strength & Conditioning Coach for several universities and semi-pro sports teams, was the clinical exercise therapy director for the state’s largest rehabilitation center, as well as a former Men’s Health USA Top Trainer finalist. Schlaffer is a highly accomplished personal trainer, strength coach and manual therapist having completed nearly 30 certifications in his 15 year career.

Coach Mike ‘Mojo’ Rogan, who resembles a jollier version of slenderman, is a top notch martial arts instructor and fitness trainer. He has mentored under some of the best minds to ever grace the fitness and wrestling worlds including Jeff Buxton, Jay Albis, Jason Schlaffer and Alex Grove.
