Group wrestling classes are a great way to experience top-notch training and instruction, and to test your mettle against tough new training partners in an educational and supportive learning environment.
Classes will consist of 3 workout sessions per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday).

We have a huge wrestling area that accommodates large numbers of participants.
A completed Liability Waiver is also required to be on file for ALL athletes before their class participation.
